Webinar outlines financial returns of digital BSS for enterprise services
A webinar hosted by telco research specialists, STL Partners, and supported by MDS Global, will outline the results of independent, detailed, analysis of the benefits to service providers of adopting digital BSS solutions for their B2B enterprise customers.
The webinar will see STL Director Chris Barraclough and Senior Consultant Darius Singh outline the strategic opportunity that digitising BSS could deliver for service providers addressing the potentially lucrative enterprise market.
The webinar will demonstrate how a one-third boost to service provider EBIT margins could be delivered by adopting digital BSS and embracing zero-touch solutions for the enterprise market.
MDS Global CMO, Akil Chomoko, will join the panel to discuss the use cases highlighted during the webinar and explain the areas where digital BSS can have a material impact on revenues and operational costs.
“The webinar will be the first chance to have the findings of the research clearly and concisely explained,” said Chomoko. “One important factor that will be highlighted is how these financial benefits are driven by small, attainable but incremental gains across so many parts of the service provider proposition.
“Whether it is by reducing churn, smoothing new service introduction, enabling self-service models for direct customers and channel partners, or simply removing operational costs, the research clearly shows that digital BSS solutions can significantly boost EBIT margins in the B2B enterprise market.”
